About Wesche Funeral Home

History

Wesche Funeral Home is a family owned funeral home, opened in 1989 by Edward Wesche and Stanley Savicki. Ed Wesche has operated the business since its inception and has been a licensed funeral director since 1976.

After completing his education, Ed worked for various funeral homes both here and in California. He was an ocean lifeguard for many years. Ed became a Tugboat Captain, working in NY harbour and the eastern seaboard before returning to his true calling- Assisting families, like yours through a most difficult period. Ed was a first responder during the TWA Flight 800 disaster in East Moriches and worked tirelessly for weeks in the recovery of the victims

Our facilities have been recently upgraded, showcasing a beautiful entry foyer, totally renovated, handicapped accessable bathroom facilities, viewing rooms and expanded ample on site parking.
