Once you have defined the elements of the service, we will go over funeral or cremation options with you. Our goal is to help you have the kind of service you want within your financial parameters. At Wesche Funeral Home, we never pressure family members into costly purchases at the time of a loved one’s passing.
After you have made a decision, we will provide you with a written itemized list of costs and services, as required by law. We will also discuss our payment policy with you so that you are aware of payment options and time frames up front.
Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that any of our services are not acceptable to you, we will gladly adjust the final bill accordingly. We stand firmly behind our knowledge, skill and professional approach to this most sensitive community service.
